Who is eligible for SAFRA membership?
SAFRA membership is open to all Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) National Servicemen (NSmen), full-time National Servicemen (NSFs), SAF regulars and their dependants (spouse and children between 5 and 20 years of age). How do I check the validity of my SAFRA membership?
You can check the validity of your SAFRA membership through the “Membership” section after logging in to your mySAFRA account.
How do I renew my SAFRA membership?
You may renew your SAFRA membership through:
- walk-in application at any clubhouse (between 9am and 9pm)
- mail-in application
- or online application

How long must I wait to receive my SAFRA membership card after signing up?
For applicants applying for SAFRA membership at any of SAFRA Clubs (Jurong, Mount Faber, Punggol, Tampines, Toa Payoh and Yishun), you will receive your membership card on the spot. For mail or online applications, your membership card will be sent to you in 3 weeks.
How do I replace my SAFRA card if it's lost or damaged?
If your SAFRA Membership Card is lost or damaged, please visit any SAFRA club ( Jurong, Mount Faber, Punggol, Tampines, Toa Payoh and Yishun) to apply for a replacement card. A replacement fee of $10.70 (after GST) is chargeable for lost cards while damaged cards will be replaced at a fee of $3.21 (after GST).
For lost or damaged SAFRA DBS Credit/Debit card, kindly contact DBS at 1800 111 1111 for a replacement of your card.
You can download your e-card via the mSAFRA mobile app to access your benefits and privileges prior to obtaining your replacement card.
I would like to perform online transactions but do not have a mySAFRA account or have forgotten my log in password. How should I proceed?
mySAFRA offers a wide range of transactions to members, including updating of personal information, membership renewal, facility booking, registration for events and courses, redemption of SAFRAPOINTS, contest participation and more.
To create an account, simply sign up at this link. You should receive an activation link shortly after registration. You may wish to check your spam or junk folders if the email was not delivered to your inbox folder.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “forgot your password” link, input all required CAPTCHA code followed by the email address which you had registered with us previously. A Reset Password email will be sent to you for resetting of password.
How do I update my personal details?
You can update your particulars such as address, marital status, areas of interest, contact information, vehicle IU number and preferred mode of contact through the “Manage My Account” section after logging in to your mySAFRA account.
How do I update or register my vehicle IU to enjoy SAFRA member parking rates?
You can log in to your mySAFRA account and select “Update Vehicle IU”. Enter your IU number into the text box to update or register your vehicle IU.
